hey all. I'm trying to get the nav in motion unlock and the ability for the movie to play on the front screen so the wife can watch tv while we are going in an upcoming road trip.

Are these guys the best bet still for this? I tried calling and got the 36 hr wait voicemail...I like to be able to talk to someone at the company I order from...like to know there is someone in an event something goes wrong.


Btw,
It's for a '15 Denali xl with rear ceiling tv's etc... 8 speed era if that matters...

I can tell you that I've had several telephone conversations with Anthony, the owner with MVI. He's a small business owner who is very busy, but I never had to wait 36 hours. The best way to reach him was by text (once/if he provides you with his cell phone number) - he always answered immediately.

Anthony's a good guy and MVI is a good company to do business with.

2nd that about Anthony. I really spent the time to discuss the PAC module and the reasoning not to do it AND now I'm going to go ahead and do the 2016 HMI upgrade from the 2.0 to the 2.5 module so CarPlay and Android Auto can be available. Plus he can do custom BCM programming. The icing on the cake for this was the fact that when returning the 2.0 module with NAV he will resell it and give you a healthy credit making the 2.5 upgrade much easier to swallow.

On the BCM programming. Many here have talked about the LED's on the LT not being very bright. And how they can be adjusted. I forgot to ask him if this is something the BCM programming could address. I wonder if enough folks here had an interest in this he could look into creating an option for this. Time is money and development / testing of programming is really a waste with one off requests.

How many here would be curious to see this be a feature, along with others he has mentioned here... Group purchase.... thoughts...

I need to pull my head out of my ass and call him to get this set up...

I'm a house husband now with a 6.5 month old who had a bad reaction to her 6 mos shots or had a bad flu or something...

I've been operating on little to no sleep for a bit and keep forgetting to call to order it... By the time I remember it's late in the evening...

Baby is almost over it all...I just need to get off my bum and do it!

I called and left message last week, emailed earlier this week, and left another message today. Are you sure they will call back? As a business owner myself I would make it priority to call back asap...but that's me.

Pretty much everybody who is selling the upgraded modules are pretty busy... MVI and CPSaudiovideo . Both companies are great. Just be patient.

Did you have the rear entertainment or just in dash nav? I was waiting on the andriod auto also. How much did it run if you don't mind sharing? Thanks.

I text Anthony last week...no more a few hours I was in communication with him. Answered all my questions and concerns. Today I text him in the AM and had a response within the hour. Answered a few more question and that lead to the purchase of Apple carplay/Android auto kit, and unlocking of the HMI. Great guy and great business he has. Give him a text during business hours I'm sure he will respond.
