I should have gotten pictures, but as I was driving I saw an extended length, high roof Dodge Promaster US mail truck stuck in the snow. Hooked my tow strap to my hitch (haven't attempted installing the front hooks yet) and yanked 'er right out. Had to pull the van about 20 feet to get it out of the drift it was stuck in, but worked great. My Tahoe barely noticed!

feels good when you pull something out thats as big or bigger than your truck. had a 94 suburban with the tbi 5.7 i pulled a box truck out once as 4 other people stood there and laughed at me for even offering saying i couldn't do it. pulled it out of the snow and up a steep grade off the ice it ended up on.

Any chance my wheels were on that mail truck? #miaday7

Tahoe’s are those hidden beasts. With my ‘05 Tahoe, I’ve pulled 2 semi’s, and a 3500 dually connected to a gooseneck that was carrying a large sign. I keep a 30k# tow strap underneath a mid-row seat.
