It's been a while since I've done any mods on my Hoe...I had my neighbors kid help me out today with cutting up the rear bumper to install some flush mounted cube LED's. As most of you may or may not remember, my neighbor who passed away had a son who took an interest in modding so I had him step up his game today and handed him an angle grinder...I cut the drivers side and he cut the passenger side of the rear bumper

We both took measurements and proceeded to cut the rear bumper...long story short, his side came out a little off but who cares...it's a 17 yr old truck...I saw it as a perfect project for him to practice on and try something different.

We also had to cut out some of the inner bumper supports so the lights would fit into the bumper...that part sucked! we both got some nice sparks in our face lol. After we finished and mounted both lights, I handed him the keys to take it to a carwash since I haven't washed it since January...on his way home he managed to kiss mirrors with someone driving in the opposite direction and shattered the lower part of my tow mirror lol...I'm sure there's a replacement piece on ebay for a couple bucks...no big deal, I had a great time today

Nice work and big hats off to working with the boy. A good lesson in teamwork and a reward for hard work, even though it shattered a mirror.
