So long story short my coworker drives a 2003 Avalanche 1500. I pretty much do majority of his work because it’s the same platform as my old 00 Tahoe. Yesterday afternoon he had a blowout on the highway and ditched his truck in the closest parking lot he could find. Well that cost him a tire and his catalytic converters…. Local shops will not weld a straight pipe for him. So he’s asking me to replace the Y pipe. Does anyone have any leads on a pre bent Y pipe with straights on them instead of the cats? I can’t seem to find any. Or maybe it’s not feasible to buy that pipe vs one with cats on it already?

Jegs used to sell an off road y for NBS trucks but I dont think they do anymore, the only one I have seen lately that works with factory manifolds is on Ebay...

Was hoping it would be much cheaper lol. I think rock auto has a set up with cats for about 280 something like that

But to be fair. Under 300 is a good price seeing as a shop would probably charge over 1000 to do it
