My Flowmaster

So I installed my Flowmaster Original 40 series

But it's to much drone for my wife and daughter so I'll replace it it in June or so


What should change it to

I still want to know that it's been changed though

A flowmaster 50 series will be much more subdued if you're wanting to stick with Flowmasters. There are numerous Magnaflow models that will greatly reduce the drone, though. I have Magnaflow 12598 on my '07 and there is no drone or at least very little as is the case with several other Magnaflow mufflers.

What is your price range on it? If you have a bigger budget for this you could also go Corsa which is VERY nice but also a bit pricey.

i know the 07+ piping is mandrel bent from stock....will our NBS trucks benefit from a full catback or is a muffler enough for increased performance?

IMO, just a muffler is enough. On a stock motor, you're not going to notice a huge gain difference between just a muffler replacement and a full system to justify the cost. Now, if you start building up the motor significantly, as well, then it's a different story.
