This is not the normal buzzing, swaying, or dead gauge. I can still tell how much fuel as you can see it mostly rests in the same spot. When parked the gauge sometimes stays stationary. It is way worse since the recording, but still settles. This makes me think possible loose ground? If so, where is this ground?
