I Know this is going to sound retarded but my parents are making me sell my yukon. Iv had it for a tottal of 3 weeks and put about 250 miles on it. They dont like it, they think its a clunker and just a waste of money. So instead im getting a mitsubishi eclipse. But honestly its not very realistic for a 17 year old to have a truck that averages 7mpg, while still in high school. Once im out of college Im totally buying a GMT400 Hopefully another 1998 or maybe a new Denali. I probably have been a nuisance asking so many questions but I just wanted to say thank you for your time. I fell in love with the tahoe's and yukons, specifically

So heres the car that i'm getting for $8000 with 42,000 miles. 25/30 miles to the gallon, 162-hp, 2.4-liter I-4, Automatic, 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. Honestly, you guys put more effort and are nicer then the guys at the eclipse forum.

Thats not unrealistic...I had the same...High School with a big lifted truck....thats typical...and more normal then anything...to have a clunker WHILE in high school



but hmm...hopefully if your 18 and your parents are MAKING you sell your truck, they are paying for part of the eclipse?

Thats what I told them! They don't believe me and think its stupid to have a truck at my age. But yeah they are paying for half of it and then i have to pay them back. And thank you, I will probably will be just reading all your guys stories for the most part.
