Hi all, I have such a lemon Tahoe it’s depressing. I pay just as much in repairs each month as I do the monthly payment. Here are some examples:
Cylinder 5 spring broke (they did cover)
Air conditioner conditioner (fixed before recall)
Right head light because of moisture
Alternator clutch
$90 fuse on top of battery
Adaptive cruise control doesn’t work
Key Fob won’t remember anything
Tighten gas cap p0455 and Chevy can’t find anything wrong.
Replaced gas cap didn’t help.
HIM flickers and goes black
Shakes at stop lights
Shakes over 70 mph
Something is always rattling
That’s all I can think of off the top of my head in the last 2 months. I would have to check with my mechanic to know the rest. No I don’t have an extended warranty. Thanks for letting me vent.

Better Business Bureau will get GM's attention for you. I have had to use them once before, and everything was resolved as I wanted and previously expressed 4 times to GM's no-customer service. Once my repair was completed 300 miles away where I had to leave it for 2 weeks, my vehicle was returned to me in my hometown at GM's expense.

X2 very curious as well.

Considering 2015’s came out in 2014, depending on OP’s build date it could very well be about 4 years old now. Even if not, I believe it’s too late to be considered a lemon. It’s now just a ************* Chevy. It happens and is extremely unfortunate.

I’d take the hit (if any?) and get rid of it. My time is more valuable to me than to be in a junker.

Yes used and it was still under the bumper to bumper and had it in to fix something not already listed and when I picked it up the check engine light was on. I told them they need to fix that too and when he hook the scanner up he said oh tighten gas cap and cleared the code before I had a chance to get a picture. Now has 56,000

Did you get any service records before buying? Just wondering. Did you buy your Tahoe from a Chevrolet-GMC Dealer?

Did not know any of the 2015 Tahoe's had a gas cap as all my rental 2015 and 2016 Tahoe's and Suburban"s did not have a gas cap. Will ask my dealer if they could find me one for my 2016 Tahoe.

Sorry to hear about your issues.

Welcome from Miami Beach Pam!!

No it’s black with silver wheels. Oh I just remembered the runny light flickers too. LTZ
