I got a call from my dealer yesterday telling me that my new Denali just landed on his lot. Funny, it was still showing in the GM computer as event status code 3400. Both he and I were puzzled, but excited to finally get my vehicle here.

I will take delivery of it today. They had to install the Illumination Package and detail it. I ran by to take a look and that dude is beautiful. There are no credits on the invoice and this one (built last week) has Auto Start/Stop and I am assuming the Electronic Steering Lock as well. I was getting worried because they have been deleting features and I really wanted the Wireless Charging, which mine has.

That light shale and teak interior is First Class!

Super excited here!

No cell pics from the first visit to see the new member of the family? C'mon man!
Quick shots from my brief visit to see my Denali yesterday.

This afternoon, I took delivery of my 2021 Denali in Pearl Beige Metallic with Light Shale and Teak interior. It was built last week but experienced no deleted features secondary to the chip shortage. I'm not sure how it made it through with everything intact, but it did.

I traded in my 2018 Yukon SLT with 51,000 miles. I did pretty well on the trade in ($43,000). The retail price of this Denali was $75,000. With my trade and the General Motors employee discount, the net price for my beautiful new ride was $45,000 which included all taxes, fees, payoff on my vehicle, etc. I thought, a pretty sweet deal.

On the drive home, I was amazed at the ride quality. This is my 6th Yukon. This one drives much nice and smoother than any other one that I've owned. I am in love with the first class interior. Now that I have this beautiful new Denali in my garage, I can say that it was well worth the wait.

When pulling it into my garage, I noticed it was a bit larger than my 2018 but fit nicely.

Tomorrow, I go back for my "orientation." :)

What does the electronic steerin lock do?

I too have the teak. Go hard every time I sit in it. I ruin how classy and beautiful that interior is
