My new Interiror

This was inspired by a buddy's BMW interior. I thought why not do something different from the norm. Started out with the standard black cloth interior with that cheap looking wood grain trim, in which I HATE!

Finally had a few days to change up my interior. I found a leather kit, all 3 rows, on Ebay from a seller in Louisiana. Believe it or not $400 for all 3 rows! Pulled out all the wood grain trim pieces, sanded, primer, and spayed them the same color as the exterior. As you can see, put in the titanium gray leather interior. It took a little time, but I think it came out real nice. The leather kit fits like a glove!

Tomorrow, going to try to figure out how to wire up my aftermarket set heater. What do you guys think?

As far as painting the trim pieces. A light sanding or scuff pad. Spayed with an adhesion promoter. Sprayed a couple coats of plastic primer. 2-3 coats of top coat. Finished with 2-3 coats of clear with a hardener. Of course sand and polish and done deal!

The center console was the easiest part. Unscrew it to remove it from the console (about 12 screws total). Once you take it apart, GM used staples to secure the cover. So not biggie at all! It's a lot easier than it looks!
