Thanks guys! I really appreciate the compliments! I'm working on getting the lowering kit now. Hopefully, I can order it before the McGaughy's kits stop being on sale.

The front will be staying as it is until I'm ready to do a Denali conversion. It's just easier to do it that way and not spend extra money for something that wont stay. I'm still debating on the door trim just because I plan on keeping the chrome grille, Denali or stock, and the rear bumper is "planned" to stay chrome. I'm sure that will change next year though when I start making more money.

Nice. Needs rear lower kit to get stance level

What's this "rear lowering kit" you speak of?? :p

I think the rear looks higher just because I was kneeling down and I parked the Yuk on a slope. Either way, drop coming soon!

Looking good!! Rims and tires make such a BIG difference!!

You are right about that, man! It REALLY classed it up. The red GMC lettering definitely gives it that OEM look which was exactly what I was going for.

Looks great! Needs more low!

War Eagle man! You're right about that though! It should be installed before the end of the year.

It definitely does. I love the little splashes of red to match with the GMC on the grille and to break up the black and chrome. I appreciate the compliment, brother

I'm also very happy to report, I just ordered the McGaughy's 3/5 drop!!!!!:peace:

If it comes in on time, it should be installed by next weekend.

Lowered? Check. The rear is a 1 3/4" inches higher than the front. I think some drop shocks should help it a lot.

Sorry the Yuk is so dirty, it has been rainy and cold in Alabama lately.

Truck looks way better with the drop and rims look badass in black. I'm thinking about getting chrome 24s also.

I appreciate it, brotha! I'm very happy with the outcome, but now it's time to fine tune the drop a little more.

Go for the chrome 24s!! You won't regret it!

Thanks, dude!! I installed the McGaughys 3/5 drop, however, the rear didn't settle as much as I have seen it go on other member's rides. Right now the front, from ground to fender lip is 35" and in the rear, it is 36 3/4". Do you have any tips?

The wheels are holding up great! I have no complaints with them. They are on the heavy side, but I guess that's just part of a large wheel's nature. Call the guys at wheelcitymn, they are awesome guys to speak with and may even throw you a better deal.

Looks much better. Now, when you gonna actually drop it. I kid. Doesn't look like a 5/3 drop tho. More like 2/3. Did you use spindles?
It will settle some, 1/2"-1", but still would be sitting high in rear, n front for that matter, for being a 3/5. Did you relocate sway bar? Remove isolators? Drop shocks or extenders?
Just helping, not ragging. Rides looking good man
