Thought I would share some pics of my 2003 Denali. Sold it back in 2009, by recently spotted it less than a mile away from where I work (pretty badass feeling to see your old ride sill running). Had 140k on it when I sold it in 09 so I can only imagine what it's got on it now. Had a McGaugys 2/4 drop, flowmaster, Wheatley tune, Katzkins Tuscany leather, escalade 3rd brake, Denali Grille, Structure S40 22's. Loved that thing.

I've had bad luck when selling my past rides locally and then seeing them around town because the next owner rarely takes care of it the way you did. Looks like the new owner of that is doing a decent job of keeping it up so that's good. My first truck I dumped all kinds of time and money into over a few years but decided to sell and get something else. It happened to be to a dude around the corner from me in my neighborhood. That truck never got washed again and deteriorated with a quickness :( pissed me off every time I saw it.

It was super clean when I sold it, hard to see in that one pic, but it's dinged and dented everywhere. Great to see old rides but depressing when you see them not as you left them. (Like leaving a chick, then she gets either super hot, or fat). Mixed emotions

Drove by my old house recently, same kind of thing, I really wanted to stop in and say WTF.

About the same happened to me. About 15 years ago I sold a 701/2 camaro to a friend, paint and body was perfect, ran low 11s with a 400 sb. The first weekend after he bought it he shelled the motor hot rodding it all over town.

All of my old rides are all wrecked, every single one of them! Was even gonna try to buy back my old 4 runner from the guy I sold it to and a few weeks later his wife rear ended him in it while driving home from downtown on the freeway! I almost started to cry, I loved that truck and regretted ever selling it in the first place!

Thats cool you still see your old ride around town though!
