Hey just read you're whole thread sorry to hear about your LED fiasco. Did you already get rid of that stuff? Where in VA are you? I'm up around the Nova area and there's a few places that wouldn't give you crap about the LEDs I had HIDs in my tahoe and got it inspected no problem.... well they did try telling my my DRLs had to be white not amber but I proved then wrong with VA state codes. Anyways if you're near Prince William County let me know if you need help with anything
I'm in the greater Chantilly area but the LEDs are sold & gone.
No biggie. I keep things moving forward and don't look back.
Great minds think alike.Lace?
Good news. The exhaust note our rigs make is important to those of us who like what a V-8 sounds like. It's one of those things that are personal.Have less than 30 minutes of driving time with the Magnaflow 12589 muffler installed, but so far it's about perfect in terms of what I was looking for. Much deeper but only very slightly louder than stock at start-up; deep rolling tones and more volume under light throttle; virtually as calm & quiet as stock at cruising speeds over 45 mph. Makes the Tahoe sound more like a strong, tuned truck----something that only another car/truck guy would always notice.
