As mentioned previously it may be the oil cooler block off gasket which is directly above the oil filter (oil filter is the object on top of the photo). You can see mine had a slight leak...

But it might be something else...just throwing ideas at ya!

Reminds me...I have to check to see if the new FelPro gasket stopped the leak.


Got a part number for that gasket? I can't seem to find one that looks like that.

I believe there was a slight ridge near the openings with the FelPro, but not as significant as the OEM.

Who ever fixed your previous leaks did a great job.

thanks yeah they did, granted I paid good money for it. Just leaks, I had the front timing cover, oil pan, rear main, oil cooler plate, front axles and pinion seals, and the steering rack done. Ive had a ton of other work done as well. To my knowledge motor and tranny are original, so it was a bit of a gamble to invest the money but it still cheaper than buying another vehicle. I love this thing and so does my wife.
