Depends. Most times I'll gather all my parts and do the prep work myself and have a local guy i know from a local Facebook truck group with good rep spray my parts for cheap.
Kinda what I'm doing now as I gather parts.
Usually for small parts or if i just have one part to paint I'll use duplicolor oem from auto zone and 2k clear from a local paint supplier.

I have one on mine, its "supposed" to slip right over and lock on but i drilled through the back of the lip and put some small bolts and lock nuts just to be sure. Probably the only thing that kept it on when I slid into a ditch last winter.
