I'm playing around with some configuration ideas for my Denali retrofit and I was wondering if these:

... will fit in my truck's tow hook slots?

Without boring everyone with a long story, converting my H13 to bi-xenons involves loss of drl. The idea is to put 5202 led bulb in my fogs to act as drls and to add the NBS escalade fogs in the hook slots to be the actual fog lights.

But I'm having a hard time finding the NBS esky's fogs dimensions.

I looked at the NNBS esky fogs but they come as a part of a bigger assembly with a plastic piece to the side.

Or, if anyone has run into a housing that will fit in the hook gaps I'd appreciate some sharing of info. :)

Cheers!

not falling for this one...

lol, I'm not joking ...

I'm trying to find a housing that would work in the hook gaps. The only reason I mentioned the nbs esky fogs is that they seem to have a similar shape to said gap.

But I'm pretty sure they would look good. Although I'm 100% sure those won't fit in the tiny slots the frame of these trucks have. Probably an aftermarket?

Mmm, you sure? Those openings look bigger to me than our actual fog lamp gaps.

I know I can get an aftermarket rectangular housing in there, but I'm wondering about the nbs esky fogs because of their almost identical shape.

might be worth just investing in glasses to see better...

You are getting into issues of mounting them as well now. You are very OEM and very OCD, trust me when I say this.. you will NOT be happy with them. Plus, the only time I see 4 foglamps on a vehicle is usually a 1994 Honda Civic with a HUGE intercooler behind the fogs, yet it has no turbo.

Why don't u have your fogs as dlrs

That's the plan ... but if possible I'd also like to have functional fog lights.

It's not the only way I can configure my setup so it isn't a huge issue ... I'm just exploring/contemplating possibilities.
