I am in the need for some new tires for my wheels. I am needing to get a set of 305/35/24's and called on some tires and the guy mentioned a Venezia Crusade SUV tire. He stated that he is getting nothing but good compliments on the tires but I never heard of them till now and want to know if anyone on this forum has ever had a set and how are they.

It is rated a 420 AA but unsure on that really without reviews. If anyone has input please assist.

I am just looking for a fairly cheap set, had some Nitto 420's, best tire I have ever had but budget wise, cant get these again.

Never heard of that tire before. How much cheaper are they than the nittos? Remember, as far as tires go, you get what you pay for.

Also budget wise, Nitto is pretty cheap.. especially for the quality of tire they are. discount tire direct or tirebuyer.com both sell 'em at the lowest prices possible.

The tires are around $700 for the set. Nitto's ran me around $1300. I don't plan on keeping the wheels too long, I want to upgrade to 26's.

I work for Discount Tire Co. We do not even deal with this brand any longer. If I were you I would check into a brand like kumho or fallen if your looking for low price but good quality. The Nittos are an awesome choice I would pay the extra and get them.

"Falken" stupid auto correct. You could re-sell them later and get more.

They are a Chinese tire I believe. You do get what you pay for the most part but some of the cheap Chinese tires are a good value. 24+ tires can get pricey. I have had decenti (similar) and they have exceeded my expectations. I have bought lots of different tires over the years...nitto, yoko, Pirelli, toyo etc. some are great but even the good brands have crappy tires. Just because it's made in china doesn't make it crap. They basically have copied someone else's tires anyways.
If I was doing autobahn burns in a Porsche I'd be very careful with my tire choice, my truck not do much. Rarely go over the speed limit and for me, these tires do everything I need them to. They are excellent in wet weather too...my last tires were falkens...loud and downright dicey in the rain. Not all expensive tires are good tires.
