I just picked up a loaded LT 4x4 with a few more miles that that for 10k (cali truck). It's immaculate for the year and mileage. I think 12k for the one you're looking at is fair and reasonable.

$11k to 12k would be about right for the truck.
if you like it and they are willing to work with you see if you can strike a deal.
get a carfax on it.
