Tony, another question for you. If i were to disable the autoride, and just swap the rear shocks for now, will i have any drivability issues since i'll still have autoride shocks in the front? Or can i leave the rear shocks for time being? sorry, im just trying to get things sorted out before i make suspension changes, i really dont want to have a sucky ride so i want to make the right decision.

also, is this the kit you were referring to? - http://www.tbssowners.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=91

that woudl be the lowering kit and you can just do the rear shocks for now if you want.

if you wanted to do the lowering kit plus front/rear shocks here you go

well i think i'm just gonna go back with factory parts but haven't decided yet. i did consider arnott but don't like the information i found out. monroe has specialty built shocks that are direct bolt on but haven't found any info on if they're good or not. does anyone here run the monroe 40034?

I ran them before I removed the autoride equipment on my truck. I liked them, they were just like the OE stuff.

well i decided to go with the monroe 40034. they are a direct replacement of the factory air ride shocks but without that expensive delearship price. i also got the arnott compressor. everything is hooked up and i been riding for 2 weeks and what a difference i can feel. back to the ride im so use to feeling. next step is doing my front shocks with the monroe 40044 and getting a 2 3/4 dropkit.
