I repaired my leveling compressor on my 2004 Yukon XL Denali and it works great turns on when I start runs for 1 minute and I can hear it with the windows down and stop lights sometimes. It runs for about 1 1/2 minutes tops. Now its repaired I still have the service automatic ride. Which is complete but the dash still has that damn error.I tried disconnecting the neg and pos for awhile or am I just suppose to unplug the black. Ill be doing engine work tomorrow for at least 40 minutes will this do the trick Please Help

In general, it's 10min the Negative, or Fuse has to be pulled.
Code reader could clear all codes (could sell you an used Diablo).
Hope others have more input for you.

Sounds like your rear shocks are getting bad if it's having to run that much, have you tried putting a bit of dish washer soap in a squirt bottle and when the shocks are fully inflated spray them down real good and look for bubbles? If they are leaking bad enough, you stand a good chance on burning out your compressor (been there myself).

As for your question, wish I could be of some help to you but never encountered that problem!
