Need help deciding - Wheel dilemma...

So I sold my 22's last Friday and I think I've found what I want. There's a guy locally selling a set of 24's with tires but the tires are almost shot, less than 30% tread left. So...do I buy the wheels for $1000 and buy tires soon since I can get the 305/35/24's Kuhmo's for $171/tire or do I go with 22's and a 3/5 drop for almost the same price?

Don't know the brand (If anyone could help...), but here's a pic of the wheels:

Looks like as long as I can get off work tomorrow kind of early, I'm going to pick up these wheels. They're going to need new tires within the next month or so, but I'm down for it! Pics to soon come...

Well I went and picked the 24's up yesterday with hopes to put them on today. I got off work at 5 and came over to the in-laws house where they were at and my father-in-law had polished them for me without me even having to ask (helluva guy!). Unfortunately I didn't think ahead about getting aftermarket lug nuts to put the D*%$ things on, so....they'll have to sit til Mon when a wheel shop is open...

These wheels are just like the ones JK and BOSS have on their Hoes. Nice looking wheels and loved the deep lip... Looks like a good deal.. This is how my Tahoe looked when I had a set of them..
