I have a 2002 Tahoe with autoride. I'm wanting to raise 2" in front and 1.5" coil spacer in rear. I want to keep my autoride. I know I need shock extention on the front and back. Do I need to do anything els or just leave it with that set up.

Good question! I don't know the answer, I just couldn't help noticing you're a Cricket from Arkansas! I'm a Cricket from Missouri!

Well met, good luck on your lift! :)

Good choice for 2" keys and 1.5" spacers with shock extensions. You need to look at the autoride sensor part, I assume it is at the top of the shock so extensions will be mounted on the bottom. I do not know if the level switch is based on shock compression or coil measurement. Best to get under the truck and trace a wire to see where it hooks up to the switch. If it is mounted to measure coil compression where it sees the rear sag and pumps the shocks with extra air then you should be fine to lift it cus your extenders and spacers go on the bottom of the linkage. I am guessing you will be fine and just bolt it all on level the front to match rear lift then drive it as normal autoride.

Cricket192 where will you be getting yours parts from? I'm gonna do my esv this spring and that's about the lift I'm looking for and I as well have autoride. This will be my first time lifting a truck so I'm looking for what to get. Ill be pretty much needing the same things you would need. Also what tire size will you be going with?

I'm getting everything off eBay. The keys are about $50 and the spacers are about $50. The shock extenders are about $20 a set. I'm going to run 33/12.50r17 master craft mud tire.

Ok, I went to a local lift shop today. And they haven't put anything on with autoride, but he called fabtec and ask what the have for lifts for autoride. All they had was a 6" lift. They told him on the autoride, all the kit came with was shock extenders for the rear. And that the autoride was read by preasure on the shock. I asked him about the actuater, he said he didnt think it would be a problem. And when I put the lift on and it didn't give me a code let it pump. If it did raise my actuator the size of the spacer that I put on. I'll let yall know what happens when I put my lift on.

Yea I think you will be fine as you just put shock extenders on the rear that equal the same size of lift as the spacers. So if you did 1.5" spacers then you need 1.5" shock extenders. Let us know how it turns out.
