I have a completely stock Z71 hoe, i want to sit it on 26's soon and i want to drop it. Whats a good kit for the Z71? and what else is needed to complete the drop? I'm looking for about a 3/5 with room to go lower.....any suggestions????

I think dropping it to 3/5 with 26's and you gonna have major rubbing problems

You should talk to Tim in the Suspension section for advise

Good luck though

2/3 will work with 26s for sure but 3/5 you will have rubbing issues in the front, but nothing you cant cut lol i had 305/35/24s for a while which is a real thick tire for 4s on my 3/5 before i bagged it and i just had to remove a plastic piece in the back and do some cutting in the front

I wouldn't mind baggin my Z71.....whats it cost and whats involved???

I'll be running 25 series tires and hoping like hell i don't hit a pot hole!!
I think a 3/5 with room to lower will give me what i want....i don't care bout cutting out plastic...i just want the wheel gap minimal with the 6's on there.
DJM or McGaughy's, which one has the better 3/5?

wheel gap at stock height on 6's is almost none
a mild 2/3 would get rid of it and give you no rubbing troubles
but 3/5 is always nice :D
