I am new to this site and wish I would have heard of it when I had my last yukon. "Which my mother totaled for me" . Any ways I'm starting new with another Yukon and am going a different route than I did with my last. No 26's this time just want it to look smooth. I have already debadged, took the running boards off, cross bars on roof rack and painted the honey comb grill black and the gmc logo white. I'm trying to stick to white and black for this one. So my question to y'all is should I paint the lower bumper around the fog lights and the Crome grill white? I just need someone to push me in the right direction.

How about some pics of the truck? Me personally I would paint the lower valance black. as for the grill I would do white with a black insert.

A pic would help. I will be painting my lower valence black hopefully soon. But then again I've been saying that for a few weeks.

I have the paint, just not the weather... well, I have that now... but I lack the time! That one.

Not so sure about doing the grille white, but definitely dip the lower valence. Those look sick when they are white. They just contrast well I suppose.

Thanks for the input. I've decided I'm going to paint the lower valance white and then use some photo shop to see about painting the Crome white.

Looks good. Would like to see how your chrome comes out if you paint it. I Just did my Yukon's grill emblem white. Will be doing the valance and the rear vented pillars white when I get another day off.

I am going to paint the chrome and the lower valance sometime this week and will post some pictures. What are you using to paint wondertwins?
