Ok so other than my truck tearing my pockets apart w/ a rear end rebuild, then a fuel pump replacement all in a month in a half span..Then not to mention that the replacement fuel pump that was bad,and last night a quick stutter and spirt im beginning to not want this truck any more..so on to my question something is up with my taillights/turn signals/brake lights/ if i turn one of my turn signals on then the other one blinks dim also ,and sometimes they blink rapid and slow down then blink rapid etc..and when i hit my brakes both the top and bottom bulbs in the taillight come on...Can someone please tell me what the hell is up

unknown at this time.
If all the bulbs actually come on in there own way then you can assume each one is grounded properly somehow. All the bulbs should be + switched which means either you have a defectiv brake switch, relay(if used), connector corrosion or combo switch could be bad. Check for proper operation of the first three before replacing the combo switch. BTW what happens when you activate hazard lights?
