Need help with folding headrest in 2nd row.

I'd like to just remove my headrests on the 2nd seats... anyone done that, and remember enough to explain how to do it?

the cable is just stretched. mine does it too. i just stick my finger in where the cable is and pull on it as i lower the seat back. you wont hurt yourself. and no mutilation of the cable necessary.
