All of this started immediately after you replaced all of those parts? Why did you replace them? Did it have a problem before? If it started right after replacing them then obviously one of them is bad. I'm inclined to blame an O2 sensor (one of the upstream ones, not after the cat) since it happens in closed loop and it's affecting the fueling. Check your wire connections first.

Just noticed all the O2 readings are 0 volts. Did you replace them with the wrong kind(s)?
