Need parts help to un-chrome 16' LTZ Tahoe

I currently have on order a 16' Tahoe LTZ. When I was at the dealership I saw a stunning Slate LT with black wheels and black accents. My wife and I fell in love with it. However we wanted an LTZ for the mag ride and other reasons.

Can anyone assist me to find the OEM parts to swap off the chrome of the LTZ?

I intend to vinyl wrap the window surrounds and center cap.

However I need to order:
Slate grey mirror caps.
The black surround of the fog lights. (how hard to swap this?)
Anything else that's swappable?

The chrome on the door handles will be a pain. Any suggestions?

As far as the chrome strip on the running boards and the roof what do you all suggest? Is this something I can swap out and sell my LTZ version of? Should I simply spray paint it?

Lastly, that big ol grill. I'd preferable want the standard grill instead of the LTZ grill. Is an LTZ grill something of value to non LTZ owners? Worse case scenario I can simply black out the LTZ version...but I'm concerned that may be a little too much.

I would just swap you my brand new LT grill for your LTZ grill but mines on order also and I have no idea when it's going to arrive at this point. If you decide to buy one now, I'd be glad to purchase your LTZ grill at a good price if you want to get rid of it. Just let me know what you decide.


Honestly, if it's not to late I would just change your LTZ order to an LT with Luxury package and whatever else you want. The only thing you are losing is Magnetic Ride and Cooled seats, just about everything else is an option. Not to mention the time and money you would save on changing everything out.

I went the other way, swapped my LT grill for the LTZ. I have the LT grill sitting in my buddy's shop. If you are interested in it, let me know and we can figure out shipping costs and a price.

Maybe you could order the police version grill its mostly black and a has a great mesh look to it....
