Need serious help

I'm new to this forum but I'm having some issues with my 94 2dr Tahoe so it all started when I replaced my oil pressure switch then after that came the flywheel there was like 8 teeth that were low and wouldn't catch so drop the trans replace it put it all back together and my truck would start but you give it gas and the whole truck would shake and engine would bog down real bad so I replaced the egr valve that did nothing adjusted timing it helped a little bit then someone told me that the flywheel could be off balance or not torqued down right so drop the trans again check it out torqued the bolts to be sure put it all back together now she just starts then dies so replace map sensor cuz low voltage code came up replaced throttle position sensor cuz that code came up replaced fuel pump fuel relay fuel filter idle air control new battery new starter new ignition control module new distributor cap and rotor new ignition coil new spark plugs and wires but now I can't get my ecm to throw a code the 12 won't even flash anymore could I have a bad ecm or can anyone point me in the right direction please I'm going crazy right now

Did you break the bonding ground from the engine block to the firewall when you had the engine tilted down during tranny removal?
