wassup guys i bought a set of mirror caps from a guy on the gmfullsize forum. Its not only the top but it includes the bottom portion aswell to replace the matte black piece so its both pieces. Just wondering how do i go about taking the stock upper chrome cap and the lower matte black pieces off? and do these new covers just pop right into place? thanks for the help!!!

Its a snap off, snap oon process.
Shouldn't be hard at all, just pull the old covers off gently from the top.

Dont use a screw driver, use something thin and plastic like a panel popper from your local Auto parts store or something.
These new Tahoes also dont have snapping bottom portions, so either the clips from the top hold the whole new assembly on or te bottom portion may be held on with tron 3M double sided tape like mine.
