It might have got into the harness and it’s still dripping out. Patience. Wait a couple three days without spraying anything else in there, then use your cardboard. Watch the level in the overflow tank.
Checking the reservoir on lunch. How low below the line is to low?

Fill it to the hot line after the truck is fully warmed up and check to be sure it stays that way over a few days. Always check when the engine is off. If it keeps dropping over a few days then you have your answer. If it stays the same then you should be good. Either way, wait a few days before looking for drips.
Edit: if you’re looking when it’s cold then the same applies, fill to the cold line. Just be consistent.

I don’t have hot line I just wait for the engine to be completely cold to fill it to the cold line.

When I put the heat on, it seems like the coolant temp drops and it has trouble getting back up? Doesn’t drop much. It’s about 30°. Doesn’t seem right

The only thing I did was go a 1/4” thicker on the core. Not even like 1.23”. I burped it a few times. I’m guessing it flows better. It’s not right at 210. Maybe like a few hairs under

A bit windy out today to …

200° maybe? IMG_1144.jpeg

Looks about normal, the visual level of the coolant reservoir will change unless you check it, parked level in the morning before you start it up.
with the engine running or after a drive it's likely to read different.
hell even checking it cold before starting it could read different, the main thing to watch is that is it not going down, I see you marked the tank that's all you have to worry about.
