Need switch lights replaced...any suggestions?

I need to have a few lights replaced in my rear wiper, and the fog light switch. Has anyone here ever replaced these lights, and if so, how do you get the switch apart to get at them, and what do you do from there? I have never tinkered with these, but they are annoying because they should be lit.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
