this is on a 04 escalade, i sold someone the extra tails i had, told them i had the harnesses also if they needed. well... when they got here their (04) tails looked like fish bowls, just without the fish. The sockets were all cruddy and bulbs burnt out. so i thought ''no problem ill just ghange the harness too'' . I did check one at a time as installed them and they worked, however when the truck left, the drivers side running lights did not work. brakes and turn did, just no running light. So heres the question: the 03's drivers side harness just has the gray plug. the 04's has the same gray plug, but with an extra black wire thats just by itself. Any ideas? or dont even worry about the extra wire.
