Need tune up advice an info.....please....

Need to tune up the beast and was wondering what plugs and gap for a 2003 5.3 not a flex. Is there a kit with plugs wires and all needed parts? Is there a rotor and cap(sorry i'm a dumb Ford guy) on this motor?

The gap spec should be on one of the stickers under the hood. Do plugs wires and fuel filter if you have one. Also, 03 should have a cabin air filter

I was told no cabin filter but i had a nightmare and now know i own a flex.
