I’m pretty good about putting leather conditioner on the seats ( especially the front ) to keep the leather soft and supple. It probably doesn’t hurt that I keep it in the garage too.


From sliding in and out all the time--all those frequent in town trips will do that.

The tears are from the friction of sliding in and out of the seat. Jeans are the worst material to wear on your seats. Doesn't make a difference if you condition your seats, the friction shreds it eventually.
