New 16 Tahoe LTZ

[Finally]

We've looked at Tahoes several times over the years (and Blazers before that), but finally got one yesterday. I think it goes well with the Colorado.



I'm not a big fan of the chrome, but wanted the interior bells and whistles of the LTZ and got a heck of a deal on the 2016 so had to go for it. I prefer the look of the front of the Colorado with the black grill. Not sure yet what we'll do with it in the way of de-chroming. First order of business is a black bow tie.

Would have been happy with black or white, but there's something about having 3 white chevy 'trucks'. (Have a 75 Blazer that will be a project...someday).

You could probably put an LT grill on it. I actually like those better myself.

If Chevy were to develop a Sport package for the Tahoe to include black trim vs. chrome, the black 22" wheels, and possibly a slightly tightened suspension, it would have been a no-brainer for me and I think it would sell very well generally in between the LT and LTZ. Essentially what Jeep has done with the High Altitude package.

I like the chrome as well. I actually just purchased at chrome Z71 grill for my suburban. I'd be willing to sell the stock LS grill if any one wants it.

I like the chrome look I actually just put a chrome Ltz grill on my Lt.

I agree, even the 2017 "Midnight" edition of the Z71 still has too much chrome, they need to black out more trim pieces like on the blacked out Silverado imo...
