Here are the wheels on my 2011 SSV. They are identical to the non-black wheels on my friends Silverado. He has the identical center caps so what really is a SSV/PPV wheel then? View media item 25310I got this Tahoe directly from one of the local Sheriffs departments so i know it came from the factory.

SSV's came with Silverado wheels. PPV's came with their own wheels, the black ones.

I guess guess would depend on the department then. There's a Sgt in my local PD who has a take home PPV and it's got the same wheels as mine, though his Tahoe is a bit newer.
