New 2023 Yukon Denali Ordered

Hello TYF! Long time lurker, first time poster!

I placed an order for a '23 Yukon Denali recently. It has the following:

Yukon Denali w/Reseve Package
6.2L 4WD
Frosted Pine exterior
Very dark ash w/Walnut interior
22' Gloss black multi-spoke wheels
Black badges
Adaptive Cruise Control
Floor liner package

Is there anyway to find out if there are any constraints with various packages or add on features without having to ask the dealer?

Not that I'm aware of. From talking to dealers it sounds like they get allocation and constraint updates on Thursdays each week. The entire process is very convoluted.

From what I'm reading it appears that way. I'm hoping the reserve package doesn't put me into next year (adv tech, air ride, etc). But it'll be what it'll be.

I'm in the same boat. Place my order For an XL Denali, Duramax w/ Reserve Package as well last week. Dealer told me they were showing reserve/advance Tech on constraint until late march/early April. Hopefully get an order picked up in April sometime if lucky.

This is good to know. When I was discussing options with the dealer he told me to place the order for what I wanted as it didn't make a difference on timing.

So, I'm assuming the constraints really didn't change much whether I went with the Reserve package, or got more of a base Denali.

The advanced technology package is still very limited across the board on the FSUVs. Every Thursday a new DOSP (dealer order submission process) begins and it closes on Friday evening. Dealers are allocated units as well as specific constraints on the corresponding units. If a dealer is allocated a constraint but doesn’t place an order with that constraint, that constraint gets placed back into a pool and a dealer with that constraint ordered will be allocated it. So at the end of the day, it’s worth having your order in the system and attempting to get what you want. Albeit a little more difficult on the super cruise but keep asking and you never know what’ll happen.
