New, any advice on this 07 denali

Hey everyone, brand new to the scene of TYF, I'm looking at purchasing a 07 Yukon Denali with 63,000 miles on it.

Based on some research all I have seen is these 6.2l have a history with rough idles, is their any other problems or concerns you might be able to warn me about?
