Hi y'all
Just bought a 96 Burb (named Bob) with 250,000 miles on the clock.
Have no idea how many owners, transmissions or engines this thing has been through. What I do know is that other than some small rust spots above the windshield and on the hood it's in great shape.
Needs a rear heater core and heater hoses, might need a radiator, a rear power window switch, a stereo and the washer fluid is low. LoL
I rebuilt the AC and it blows oh so cold!
I've put 4000 miles on it so far and get 14mpg city, drives true, uses no oil and I love this heavy thing.
Plans are to continue what I was in process of doing with my Jeep when it died and turn this into a camping, overloading, music festival, too drunk to drive home from the wine festival and have to sleep in my car rig.
If you camp in your rig and know how to squeeze out some extra MPGs I'd love to hear from you.
Peace y'all!
Chad
