New Cluster Needed?

What year? There are places that will repair (new stepper motors, updated lighting, etc.) your cluster, but some are limited to the 2003-2006 clusters.
a rebuild perhaps, no reason to fully replace it unless it's been underwater or something crazy, there are usually local guys on craigslist, etc that do them for side money.
Based on the two gauge issues it does look like stepper motor replacement, although the oil pressure could be the sender. Hopefully someone's not already been into the cluster and messed up any circuit board traces.
I redid the stepper motors and replaced the backlighting for a neighbor's Tahoe a few years back. Not difficult if you're familiar with a pencil soldering iron and simple circuit boards.

I've done minimal soldering but nothing with circuit boards.
Look in to Digital Dash Solutions and their lifetime warranty.
Here's one that comes up on CL in Lakeland. Not sure where you are, and I have no personal experience with this person.
