New deck unit and speaker problems

I installed a new deck in my 2001 yukon. after i installed it everything worked fine. i proceeded to start wiring the power for my amp. after installin the lead to the battery and running it through the fire wall where a large bundle of wires came through on the drivers side, the speakers quit working. Did i nick a wire somewhere? blow a fuse? im not sure what the issue. thanks for any help

need a tad more info.

is the HU coming on? are the speakers hooked up for sure on the HU, sometimes when you slide the radio back into position, you can unplug something.

yes the HU is coming on and the speakers had worked maybe 30-60 min before. I will try looking at the speaker connection but i do not think it is that because none of the speakers work
