Hey what's up gals and guys. My name is Armando. Just picked up a 99 Tahoe and its been a different experience from my old Colorado. Once I get this hard to find Ac climate controls it will be my daily driver. I love the feel of the 5.7. I used to race in a Firebird Formula so I missed the sound and the torque. I plan to swap out the wheels, as the truck came with 22s on it and that's a bit too large for my tastes. Hoping to sell/trade those for a smaller set with a good set of tires. Then i'll be set.

Welcome bro glad your upgrading from huge wheels to something better. Any other plans? Supercharge? Turbo?

As for current plans, I want to get the ac up and running first. The paint on the hood is in poor shape so that needs to be cleaned up and the entire truck clayed, polished, and waxed. Performance wise, I would love to supercharge it. I'm gonna be using it mostly as a daily/tow rig so any project cars/bikes that are soon to come in the next year. So far i have only a few pictures from the day i got it. I'll clean it up a bit then put up more.
