I would get the OEM fans. Those are WAY overpriced too! The OEM ones are not that expensive. Maybe go with a 160 amp alternator?

How many amps does the stock alternator have?

These are the OEM ones for 2005-06 Tahoe?

The reason I want a bigger alternator is because of the E-fan I want to install and the extra battery I am planning to install. I have also already installed a better/bigger sound system that also requires more amp. (I think, because I have not experienced any problems yet.)

So an AcDelco 160 amp will do the job?

They aren't the OEM, they are copies of the OEM.

I have understood that the OEM ones are the way to go. I do not just want it from a scrap yard. Maybe it can be purchased new?

Yes, you can buy them new. They just don't come as a complete package. You have to buy the housing, the motors, the blades and the bolts. Then you would just assemble it.
