Hey Yall. New to the forum from Cary, NC. What I have is in my sig. Hopefully it will change some in the near future. Planning on a leveling/lift of about 1.5", Cognito steering support upgrade, Falken Rocky Mountain ATS in atleast 265/75/16 and maybe some wheels if I can save up the scratch. As far as the future goes, I am planning either [Option1] 6.0 or 6.2 (posibly a 6.0 bored out depending...) swap with some minor mods to the heads and definitely balanced rotating assembly and fitted pistons, some head work and maybe a mild cam and then a decent tune (not sure who from though). I want her to be able to have some down low grunt for pulling and around town, and hopefully this will result in better MPGs. At the same time have the 4l60e rebuilt to handle it and add an external cooler (would have already done it but I don't tow with it much currently). [Option 2] Swap a duramax LB7/allison into it and solid axle it with a radius arm hpd44HD/H2 14 bolt (unlikely but oh how do I wish!). Then I would do some maintence on the 5.3l in it currently and just swap it into my S10 blazer (as close to stock as possible).
Anyways, I will be poking my head around here checking out build threads and tech, and doing some minor upgrades like the 4/6 hi mods. Hope to talk to you around here...
