Just bought a 2009 Yukon XL, SLT2 trim, with 102k km on the odo. 5.3L engine, 6-speed tranny. Deep Blue Metallic on the outside, light tan leather inside. I think the only options I don't have are the power tumble seats and nav system.

I previously owned a 79 GMC Suburban, 2WD half-ton in the mid-80s and then a 1986 K2500 4x4 Chevy Suburban, previously owned by the RCMP, part of the Prime minister's security detail fleet.

So my wheel sizes went from 15" to 16" to 20". I blame hip-hop culture for that last one...

With two teenage kids and a border collie, things were getting tight in a 2013 Escape, going to the ski chalet 300 km from here. (Mont Sutton, if you're a skier in the northeast...) Add a couple of friends and we had to take two vehicles, my daily driver being a 2000 4.O Jeep TJ.

Trying to figure out a couple of things, but I'll post my questions in the appropriate forum. Except for this one: overhead console, as close to the windshield as you can get, I have three unmarked switches...

First mod will be a pair of Hella/Piaa driving lights, once I figure out a way to mount them...

Haha..... welcome!

The switches should be to program a garage door remote. You can use those instead of the clip on kind.

Welcome! Those buttons are called Homelink. You can program them to do garage door / security / several other things.
