Hey guys, I'm thinking about getting a Tahoe around the early 2000's model years. I like that bodystyle the most and something that I can afford also. The reason why I'm getting one is that I'm gonna sell my '07 Silverado, its paid off and such. But, I'm gonna get rid of some bills and such. So, once I get everything paid for then use the rest of my money and buy me a Tahoe.
What is a good model year? Does one year have any bugs, etc? I like to one loaded out for the most part like leather seats & heated seats I'm looking for black or bermuda blue.
It will be my DD, my plans are debadge it, colormatch, hids, tint, better sound system and lil bit bigger tires, wheels and maybe a mild lift. Nothing like I did on my Silverado though. Least I'll have more room in this, but I'll be towing some since I got a 4wheeler and such.
Here is a thread on my truck. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/154108-lifted-truck-detailed/
