New guy with a build project from iowa

Im new to this forum, and honestly after looking at online forum for quite some time for reference help, I decided to drink the kook-aid and join in. Ive owned many GM full-size, and have fallen in love with my latest project. Its a 2007 tahoe PPV. Vehicle was bought in Plano texas with hopes the plans to build it back to a highly optioned truck on a budget. The whole budget thing quickly went out of the window. Cant wait to get some helpful insight and build ideas.

Oh man nice ride! I recently got a 2011 SSV. It's been a journey, to say the least. Check out my albums, lol.
When I got mine the first thing I did was to pull the spotlight and remove the push bar. While they were cool and all, in reality it just drew too much attention. I would be driving down the road and it was like there was a parade behind me with everyone being too scared to pass. With great power comes great responsibility, so off the crap came.
Now I'm just focusing on the interior. So far so good. How many miles does yours have on it?

Thanks all for the welcome. I apologize as i don't get around the computer much but its nice to have this kind of resource around. @iLikeEggs . My tahoe started out with just over 110k. Its now sitting at 128K so I haven't gone crazy with the miles. I will have to post some pics of it currently. Possibly do a build thread. If only i could figure out how to do that....
