I just got some led halo projector headlights and HID's for my 01 Yukon.

It looks good and all but the lights rattle so much I can see the light beam rattling on the road and it looks bad.

Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions? Thanks

If they are the same setup as the denali, they have a rod that goes through them to lock them in, try some electrical tape at the spots that go through the lights on the rod to close up the gap, should help the sloppy holes!

This is a pretty common problem with aftermarket headlights on these trucks. Follow the above advice or come up with something else. It's not a hard fix, just have to go a little MacGyver to do it.

That's one of the problems with aftermarket. They aren't built as rigid as OEM or fit isn't as tight..

There's 2 possible areas where the lights have play. First is what Denali said above - the sockets for the rods. 2nd is if they have a bracket like the Depo's - the bracket does not connect to the bottom of the light. I had to take a plastic spacer and glue it in place between the bracket and the headlight bowl to keep it from bouncing. (The spacer was a leftover part from a flat screen mounting kit, supposed to be used to space between the bracket and tv.)

If you push on the bottom edge and it moves, but the top edge does not, it's likely #2. If the whole headlight wiggles the same, it's likely #1.
