We kicked around the idea of pushing other trucks here but in the end we decided to limit to Tahoe/Burb/Denali/Escalade (did I get em all?) and it's worked out perfectly!

1/4" isn't bad at all. What size tire you running?

I've tried to understand offset, and i know its easy, but i can never keep it straight. I dont care enough to remember. I'm running 265/60/18. I got a great deal on the tires ($99/each mounted) for a set of Michelins. They are a little meaty for a 4 inch drop though. If I can ever afford it I plan on running brushed Torq Thrusts with 285/50/20.

I also plan on running a roll pan with NewDodge style cutouts for the exhaust tips, debadge, and a little bit of colormatching.

I like FSC, but it really is dominated by trucks, not so much SUV's. I'm not one of those loudmouth "only tough behind a computer screen" guys. We are all here for the same reason; learn, give and get some new ideas, and have a little fun while doing it.

welcome aboard man. Well lets just say, youll got alot more attention here then FSC. IMO. whenever i post something up there, i get bashed and shutdown real quick. the administrators banned me for no reason.

But I like the tahoe. keep up the good work man. any motor mods?

Yeah they can get touchy there sometimes. I'm not extremely active there, but I do a lot of reading.

The motor is pretty much stock for now. I've got a wait4me tune, CAI, flowmaster 50 and a good tune up. I just hit 110K so whenever I can afford it I'll be replacing intake manifold gasket, and hopefully doing a LT4 cam, e-fans and blackbear tune at the same time.

I just started up school again and lost my job at the same time so finances are tight, as I'm sure a lot of people here can sympathize with.

I'l like to kinda get known around here and feel special so hopefully I can keep this thread alive lol

Yep that sums it up pretty well. I have to say this is the most welcoming forum I've ever been on which makes it a nice place to share info on. It's a rarity to find a forum as large as this and not have to worry about getting bashed for asking a "newbie question". Definitely keep active here, share your mods/info, and feel free to ask any questions.
